We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Vietnam and collaborating with international clients is responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces that meet the needs of a global audience. This role involves a combination of creative design, user research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive and user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Interact, communicate and present ideas to the executive team.
• Conceptualize creative ideas with stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to turn concepts into visuals.
• Work closely with the stakeholders and design team to initiate, execute, and extract insights using a variety of research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.
• Contribute to the design team patterns, the process, vision, etc.
• Conduct design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and design team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users.

• A bachelor's degree in Design or related fields
• At least 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex systems and a global mindset
• Experience in designing for international markets, considering cultural and usability factors
• Ability to brainstorm concepts quickly
• Have knowledge of UX research experience applying various research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience with design and collaboration tools: Figma (we're using it mainly), Miro, Sketch, InVision, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and quality
• A strong work ethic, open mind and commitment to self-improvement.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
