Job Overview:

A newly established factory in Hưng Yên Province is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations/Production Manager to lead and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Factory Operations Management: Ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Team Leadership: Build, motivate, lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of operations professionals.
3. Production Planning & Control: Control, develop and execute production schedules that meet customer demands.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards.
5. Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets
6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
7. Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, ensure the timely delivery, manage inventory to minimize carrying costs
8. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in factory with Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Operation or Production Manager, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
• Skills:
  • Fluently English communication and email at work
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• A proven track record in managing factory start-ups is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to be based in Hưng Yên Province.
