Job Description

Inventory Management Responsibilities:

Stock Coordination: Oversee and coordinate stock transfers between warehouses to ensure optimal distribution and availability of inventory.
Inventory Balancing: Work closely with the Supply Planning team to analyze demand forecasts and maintain balanced inventory levels across all locations.
Physical Stock Movements: Ensure accurate and timely execution of physical stock movements, collaborating with the Warehouse team to streamline processes and minimize discrepancies.
Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of inventory data, identifying trends and providing insights that inform strategic decision-making for inventory control and replenishment.

Project Management Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: Design and implement dashboards that monitor policy compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling stakeholders to optimize performance and measure the effectiveness of inventory management strategies.
Target Management: Establish, maintain, and communicate both short-term and long-term performance targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving key success metrics across teams.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders (warehouses, third-party logistics providers, business intelligence teams, etc.) to continuously enhance operational processes and ensure seamless inventory flow.
Project Oversight: Lead and manage additional projects as assigned by the team lead, including ad-hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall project goals and organizational strategy.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply planning within multinational companies, specifically in the areas of retail, logistics, or warehouses.
Proficient in utilizing VBA, Power Query, and Python is considered advantageous.
Strong proficiency in working with data and the ability to effectively communicate and tell stories using data.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics/Business, or Foreign Trade.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and problem-solving.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and manage internal stakeholders and establish relationships with clients.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Familiarity with reporting and managing processes.
Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and adaptability to changes.
Enjoyment and comfort in working with people.
Strong attention to detail.
Mindset focused on continuous improvement.
