WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISORY DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Wealth Management Advisory Director to join our team in Hanoi. This role will be in charge of both business development and operations management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Collaborate with relevant departments to formulate and submit business strategies for the Wealth Management Advisory Division.
• Identify, connect, and expand the network of high-net-worth clients.
• Analyze client needs and financial goals to deliver tailored investment advice. Coordinate with a team of experts— including investment advisors and product specialists—to offer holistic, professional solutions. Provide clients with regular market and product updates.
• Take ownership of the business performance of the division and conduct periodic evaluations of business plan execution.
• Lead the execution of marketing initiatives and sales campaigns for assigned product lines.

2. Operations Management:

• Utilize qualitative metrics and market insights to refine workflows, optimize human resources, and set performance targets aligned with the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of personnel to ensure high efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives set by senior management.
• Ensure all day-to-day operations meet standards for timeliness, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise senior management on the design, implementation, and enhancement of competency frameworks, assessment systems, and career development roadmaps focused on business performance.
• Prepare and propose the division’s annual budget for board approval, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business targets.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail financial product sales and management, with strong knowledge of the high-net-worth client segment.
• Deep understanding of listed equity and fixed-income investment products in the Vietnamese market.
• ·Proven experience in distributing equity mutual fund products.
• Solid knowledge of the market landscape and key competitors.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in joint-stock commercial banks, securities firms, or asset management companies.
• Strong relationship-building and client development skills with high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated success in sales management, including talent acquisition and development.
• Good understanding of operational processes and risk management frameworks.
• Results-driven, proactive, and innovative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to technology tools used in operations and risk management.
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Sound marketing knowledge and strategic mindset.
