1. Main duties

• Release AEON information (promotion products, events, member benefits, etc.) to Target Audiences with effective KPI from Owned Channels, Earned Channels and Paid Channels
• Always develop AEON brand identity, broaden awareness of its values and priorities in customer's mind; as well increase the visibility of its leadership across a wider audience
• Understand digital index, budget following AEON strategy to efficiently deliver Integrated Communication Plan
• Understand company process of shooting (video and photo), materials delivery, payment
• Improve and optimize digital database case by case
• Be able to produce best visuals, contents on diverse platforms for each AEON campaign
• Be proactive to follow up Execution Plan with Digital Agency
• Quickly produce contents for urgent cases

2. Rules and Regulations

• Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

3. Other duties

• Support company events or team activities.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 01 year of related experience
• Good interpersonal skill and collaborative working manner
• Aesthetic, dynamic, flexible, agile and proactive
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
• Good writing contents on many platforms
• Ability to use Photoshop, AI is a plus
