Job Description
- Support the sales team: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team by managing and organizing sales-related documents, reports, and data.
- Sales reporting: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and generate sales performance metrics for management review.
- Database management: Maintain and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Sales support: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to provide support in achieving sales objectives and resolving issues.
- Project coordination: Coordinate sales activities such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings or travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Other tasks to support the team as per Line Manager's request
- University or College graduate
- Experience in sales support or a similar role: min 1 year
- Communication: Intermediate
- Problem-solving: Intermediate
- Collaboration: Intermediate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good English proficiency is a plus
