Mô tả Công việc
- Working location: The center of Can Tho (Office will be decided)
- Monthly Salary: 11M ~ 23M VND Gross
<Job Summary>
- The duties will be changed depending on candidates' experience.
- Mainly be in charge of building and scaffolding design for urban development in Japan.
*There is a possibility that you will be responsible for some of the architectural design.
* First, there is a 3-month training period, it's required in Ho Chi Minh City, and rent is paid by the company).
* The company also will have a virtual office in Can Tho (In the center, the detailed office will be decided).
<Job Responsibilities>
- Create 2D drawings of the building and scaffolding.
- Create Architectural 2D models based on Japan and your boss' instructions.
- Propose and create reports on methods to avoid interference areas.
- Create reports on areas where clearances cannot be met.
- Create Architectural 2D models according to established rules.
- Work as a team to advance projects under the guidance of the leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 22 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: College Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities)
・Language: None
・Experience: More than one year experience in design or construction
* New graduates are also welcome to apply (please state your reason for applying in your resume)
* Job hoppers are not eligible to apply
・Can use AutoCAD
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese and English skill
・Knowledge and experience in Architectural
・Revit experience
・Rebro experience
