Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Product Strategist to guide and enhance our product strategies for GrabExpress. You will work on a range of delivery services and new initiatives, contributing to both our existing operations and exciting new projects. Your experience in product management, analytical skills, and business acumen will be crucial in this role.
The Critical Tasks You will Perform
- You will lead the strategic creation of GrabExpress product roadmaps, focusing on impact analysis to ensure meaningful progress.
- You will design and manage product launch stages, from proposing new iterations to conducting pilot tests and continuous monitoring.
- You will collaborate closely with country and regional Product teams to align roadmaps and ensure seamless deployment and experimentation.
- You will adapt product roadmaps based on market trends, competitor activities, and Grab’s strategic vision.
- You will define product requirements and specifications according to business objectives and key results.
- You will use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, communicate impacts, and gain buy-in from senior executives.
- You will engage with engineering teams to address product technical aspects effectively.
What Skills You will Need
- Product Management Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in product management, especially within the tech or delivery sector, with a track record of successful product and business outcomes.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders across different regions, ensuring alignment and cooperation.
- Accountability and Problem-Solving: Strong sense of responsibility for problem areas, with creativity and rigor in finding solutions. Self-motivation and resourcefulness are keys in this role.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in SQL, with the capability to measure product performance and articulate impacts clearly.
- Technical Understanding: Adequate knowledge of product technical aspects to communicate effectively with the engineering team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts and strategies at various levels.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Mô tả công việc
1. Nghiên cứu, dự báo về xu hướng, thị hiếu tiêu dùng để phát triển những sản phẩm phù hợp.
- Nghiên cứu, tổ chức tìm kiếm ý tưởng mới liên quan đến kiểu dáng, tên gọi, chất liệu sử dụng, nguyên vật liệu…, xây dựng kế hoạch, chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm
- Nghiên cứu, tổ chức thu thập và xử lý thông tin về sản phẩm, giá cả, thị trường đưa ra giải phát cải tiến sản phẩm hiện có, dự báo về xu hướng, thị hiếu để phát triển sản phẩm mới
2. Nghiên cứu và cập nhật thông tin về kỹ thuật công nghệ sản xuất sản phẩm mới, cải tiến sản phẩm và cải tiến công nghệ.
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật thông tin về kỹ thuật công nghệ, xây dựng kế hoạch, giải pháp về nghiên cứu, thiết kế sản phẩm mới, cải tiến sản phẩm hiện có
- Tổ chức nghiên cứu, xây dựng phương án cải tiến, ứng dụng quy trình sản xuất, máy móc thiết bị, hợp lý hóa sản xuất nâng cao năng lực sản xuất
3. Tham mưu xây dựng kế hoạch, chiến lược phát triển thị trường, chiến lược kinh doanh, chiến lược cạnh tranh với các đối thủ trong ngành.
- Tham mưu xây dựng kế hoạch, chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm mới, cải tiến sản phẩm và cải tiến công nghệ
-Tham mưu xây dựng công tác kỹ thuật sản xuất sản phẩm, hoạt động sản xuất.
- Tham mưu xây dựng thực hiện các qui định pháp luật về luật chất lượng sản phẩm, hàng hóa; chứng nhận và công bố sản phẩm quạt điện hợp qui; sản phẩm quạt điện dán nhãn năng lượng; nhãn hàng hóa; nhãn hiệu theo Luật sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Tham mưu, đề xuất và xây dựng công tác quản lý chất lượng – Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng
4. Phân tích, đánh giá, báo cáo các kết quả thực hiện, tìm ra xu hướng, giải pháp để điều chỉnh kịp thời nhằm đạt hiệu quả hoạt động tối ưu.
- Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các hoạt động kỹ thuật, công nghệ, hoạt động cải tiến sản xuất, phát triển sản phẩm mới, sản phẩm cải tiến
- Phân tích, tổng hợp và đánh giá hoạt động kỹ thuật, hoạt động cải tiến
- Xây dựng và đề xuất giải pháp điều chỉnh cho các nguyên nhân phát sinh. Nghiên cứu và xây dựng kế hoặch cho năm tiếp theo
5. Khác
- Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các chuyên viên trong phòng thực hiện
- Các nhiệm vụ khác được phân công phù hợp với chức năng.
