Công việc
1. Role
Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
Manage projects that BU's needs, requirements
Ensure company policy & procedures
Well collaboration (Planner, Design, Account, Operation, ....) and reporting to Procurement Manager
2. Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets effectly.
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
Other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager

• Knowledge of FMCG branding is adding value
Qualification
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/Business Administration/ Professional Communication or related field
Experience
• At least 01 years experiences as Purchasing Executive
• Travel maybe required
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Excellent organizational
