The Head of Training Effectiveness is a key position within the Sales Training Department, responsible for contributing to the Division’s overall success by building and developing a system/ tool to monitor and track the effectiveness of training. This role is instrumental in transforming the Training and Development Division by driving learning transfer, deploying performance support, and tracking the results of training initiatives to ensure their effectiveness. The Head of Training Effectiveness works closely with the senior management team and key stakeholders to align training strategies with the Company’s goals and objectives.

Training Operation Excellence

• Develop and implement a training governance framework that ensures the alignment of training objectives, strategies and policies with the business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with the regulators (VIDI), Legal and Compliance teams to understand the regulatory requirements and to ensure all training activities that meet those requirements.

• Conduct field checks to evaluate the quality of services delivery in terms of trainer's capabilities, training programs and standard procedure.

Training Initiatives Implementation

• Manage and execute training projects that aim to uplift the agency capability and/or engagement, such as new product launches, digital transformation initiatives, recognition events, etc.
