What to expect from the role:

• Working with wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to create user-friendly and straightforward ideas for products.
• Exposure to the design industry and on-the-job learning of best practices in user interface and design.
• Developing skills in organization, multitasking, and time management to efficiently complete tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
• Provide and seek feedback from designers and engineers to consistently elevate quality standards.
• Continuously research user experience, troubleshoot UX issues, and implement necessary improvements.
• Maintain and enforce design standards for consistency.
• Update and expand the company's design system documentation and processes.

• A strong grasp of UI-UX design principles/theories.
• Good attention to details.
• High commitment to preserve UI-UX integrity in finished products.
• Innovative designs.
• Proficient in at least one prototyping tool.
• Sufficient competency in graphics design.
• High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
• Good to have: past experience in highly complex products.
• Strongly preferred: ability to animate prototypes.
