Provide professional, real-time support in English, primarily through chat channels (Crisp).
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve product or integration-related issues.
Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented tone that reflects AvisPlus's values in every interaction.
Encourage users to share positive reviews and contribute to maintaining the app's high ranking.
Take part in weekly performance review meetings, sharing insights and feedback for team improvement.
Collect and manage support data; assist with performance reports and internal process improvements.
Contribute to creating and updating support documentation (FAQs, macros, response templates).
Support the broader team with product feedback, testing, and occasional internal projects.Requirements:
Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher - both written and spoken).
Prior experience in customer support or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Willing to commit to a long-term role (minimum 12 months).
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in e-commerce or online business platforms.
Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Drupal.
Familiarity with web-based support tools like Crisp, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
Experience in reporting, QA testing, or internal training is a plus.Hands-on training and onboarding process.
