Mô tả Công việc

1. Strategic Brand Planning
• Prepare annual Marketing plans with global brand strategies and positioning
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services (including budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes);
• Brainstorming fresh MKT ideas with senior management
2. Budget Management
• Manage the A&P budget to within budget limits, as agreed with the brand principal and Marketing Director
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize result
3. Project Implementation and Coordination
Proactive communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiative to ensure alignment across the organization and achieve business goals.
4. Report
• Monitoring and analysing the results of marketing campaigns in order to optimise them.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- A Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Major in Human Resources/ Organizational Development/ Education/ Business or have a passion for it. 

Expertise Skills & Experience 

- At least 03 year of working experience with similar position
- Strong abilities in written and spoken English
- Strong in leadership & negotiating
