Mô Tả Công Việc
I. MISSION:
Be in charge of indirect & direct purchasing categories in order to drive better competitiveness in terms of cost, quality, on time deliveries and different compliances.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
1. Strategy: Lead some purchasing categories
a. Search, evaluate and select suppliers for some categories in line with global strategies;
b. Benchmark/share and align with the group about price and suppliers;
c. Follow and analyze key cost drivers trends, set up action plan for cost savings;
d. Capture innovation from suppliers;
e. Manage the risks for the different categories and drive corrective actions plan accordingly;
2. Engagement: Project development contribution:
a. Engage suppliers involvement at an early stage within project development process;
b. Challenge specifications and suppliers quotes ( based on some benchmarks or should cost exercises);
c. Manage allocation of new business to suppliers based on multi criteria approach and in line with global strategy;
d. Negotiate optimized purchasing terms for each parts.
3. Operational productivity plan contribution:
a. Push and monitor significant and regular operational savings in terms of Total Cost : Price, Quality, Lead time, for new and current business;
b. Inform and challenge suppliers for total cost improvements;
c. Negotiate business and prices according to budget outputs;
d. Control and leverage purchasing market share allocation;
4. Others:
a. Contract with suppliers and manage suppliers relation;
b. Coordinate with related departments to solve pending issues and strengthen partnership relation;
c. Weekly and monthly report to Purchasing Manager;
d. Other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
III. KEY DRIVERS OF SUCCESS:
1. Bachelor degree or college;
2. Minimum 2-year experience in direct, MRO/ indirect purchasing;
3. Good communication in English (and Chinese is significant advantage);
4. Negotiation skills, problem solving and team work;
5. Ability to work independently;
6. Enthusiasm, Integrity and consistency;
7. Experiences work in manufacturing, Injection molding is advantage
8. Project management skill are prefer.
