MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Project Development coordinator will carry out the following:
• Lead the team to develop and acquire to expand renewable energy portfolio of the company including seeking new business opportunity such as rooftop solar, DPPA and other opportunities in Vietnam
• Liaison with regulator, Vietnam Electricity Cooperation, government agencies and all related authorities.
• Support team to solve the problems during project development and after operating project such as land issue, permits issue and related issues.
• Manage paper works, letters or documents related to developing or acquiring project
• Support investment and BD team from Head Quarter for the local contents, communication with local partners and authority
• Build strong networks and maintain relationships with EVN and relevant government agencies.
• Establish relationship with private sector companies and Vietnamese community.
• Performs other duties as requested by senior management.
• Can travel to meet EVN in Hanoi, local authorities and project sites regularly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Renewable Engineer, Business, finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience to work in Renewable Energy or Energy sector, Power plant, Electricity transmission and Substation or related field;
• Verified track record working with relevant law enforcement agencies such as EVN, MoiT, People committee and local authorities;
• Strong understanding in Vietnam Renewable Energy market and fundamental process of getting permits to develop Renewable project;
• Strong in communication skill and have ability to build a network and engage a wide range of stakeholders;
• Excellent in English and Vietnamese language both speaking and writing;
