Mô tả công việc

Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Shopify app market.
Analyze user data, conduct surveys, and gather feedback from merchants to understand their pain points and unmet needs.
Brainstorm and develop innovative app concepts that address identified merchant needs and align with our company's vision.
Create low-fidelity prototypes to test and validate app concepts with target users.
Research and analyze existing Shopify apps to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with engineers to assess the technical feasibility of proposed app concepts.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Shopify API developments and industry trends.
Share ideas openly, provide constructive feedback, and work effectively with team members from various disciplines.

Yêu cầu công việc

Basic understanding of market research, product development, or a related field
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in learning new skills and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently under supervision.
Exposure to prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) or UX design principles (a willingness to learn is a plus).
Experience with conducting research (e.g., user surveys, data analysis).
