                I.           JOB DESCRIPTION

- Monitor market trends, survey consumer opinions and understand competitors' campaigns.

- Market analysis to position the brand and determine the insights of target customers

- Strategic planning for positioning and market entry

- Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the company

- Brainstorm brand communication campaigns

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy

- Anticipate risks for timely handling measures

- Track and report campaign effectiveness

- Make plans and schedules for building brands that you are assigned to be in charge of.

- Plan and implement marketing plans for brands (Etiaxil, Embryolisse, Jonzac,….)

- Investigate and analy secompettor as well as opportunities based on market realities, customer trends and development goals of competitors.

- Connect your brand's operations with sales and other departments effectively.

- Coordinate closely with teams (design, operation) and agents of the Company to implement timely activities

- Supervise brand implementation, sales implementation, market demand analysis to propose appropriate actions.

                           II.           REQUIREMENT

-     Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing,....

-     Being able to communicate in English is an advantage

-     2-3 years of experience in Branding Marketing, preferably at a similar position in Mom&Baby industry/ Cosmetic Derma

-     Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge

-     Good presentation, communication and team management skills

-     Knowledge: Have brand management and marketing skills.

-     Presentation skills. Coaching skills

-     Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data

-     P&L Management
