Dr.Pong+ is a leading Thai cosmeceutical and beauty care brand, founded by the doctor of the same name. In Vietnam, Dr.Pong+ products have been exclusively imported and distributed in a Direct-to-Customer (D2C) model by LIT Trading Joint Stock Company since late 2022.

Job Purpose:

To develop high-quality designs and motion graphics that align with marketing strategies and creative briefs. This role involves collaborating with the Content Team under the Creative Lead's guidance to provide art direction, create digital and POSM materials, produce storyboards and motion graphics for video editing, and deliver multi-format campaign assets.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret and understand creative briefs.

- Generate and develop design concepts and ideas.

- Create quick sketches and draft designs for alignment before execution.

- Prepare and refine final artwork for both digital and posm.

- Adapt to feedback and suggest improvements.

- Oversee artwork quality for social media and print.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across projects.

- Research market trends, competitors, and industry updates for fresh ideas.

- Prepare & actively contribute to brainstorming sessions.

- Work independently to explore and conceptualize design solutions.

- Present and substantiate design/video directions and in meetings.

- Design scope includes:

• Graphics & motion design for KV, social post and visual for livestreams.
• Ability to conceptualize how static images can be transformed into engaging video content
• Create high-quality motion graphics, video templates and video content for websites, social media, campaigns, events, digital, and OOH advertising.
• Designs for web and mobile applications.
•  POSM for promotions, launches, events, branding, packaging.
• Final artwork preparation for print production.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Support Creative Lead in concept development.

Requirements:

Skills / Abilities

• Proven experiene in graphic design and motion or video editing (portfolio required)

• Can storyboard or translate ideas to design.

• Capable of shooting video and still visual is a plus.

• Hand drawing & sketch is an advantage.

• Creative, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, professional, patient, positive, teamwork and pro-active at all times.

• Ability to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Takes ownersips of creative work and leads the designer by example.

• Willing to work overtime and during weekend. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.

Knowledge & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a professional design role.

• Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop & Illustrator.

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or CapCut for motion graphics, video editing, and color grading. A basic understanding of 3D principles is a plus.

• Proven experience creating visually compelling designs that effectively integrate typography and graphics.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and a commitment to staying current with digital trends.

• Working knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles for mobile apps and websites.

• Ability to comprehend and execute from English-language creative briefs.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00. Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00 (WFH)
