We are now looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to take up this interesting journey in driving the growth of our strong portfolio of brands. You will be working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Sales teams in ensuring great marketing initiatives that increases awareness about our brand purposes and ensure a good Return on Investment.
*** What you will be doing?
In this role, you will design and develop our future Point-of-Sales strategy with a digital focus on our in-home and out-of-home marketing activities. In the daily, you will be working closely with our Customer Marketing Manager in preparing trade promotion plans with our main customers within both retail and e-com.
Further tasks that we want you to master:
• Creative idea creation based on the sales and media plans.
• Developing in-store promotions/execution plans and events.
• Evaluate in-store promotions executed by the Field Sales team.
• Support the Field Sales teams.
• Budget management.
• Develop, supervise, and improve processes to link the marketing activities with the sales activities.

* You possess the ability to keep a good overview, prioritize your tasks and keep a good attention to the details. In addition, we value the following:
• Experience in digital marketing and/or trade marketing
• Achieved visible results within sales and/or marketing
• Good insight in consumer and shopper behaviour
• It is a requirement that you have good communication skills in English – both written and oral
