Position summary:
- Sales scope
- Maintain the close relationship and get full support from the clients with regular visits and entertainment i.e. lunch, dinner etc... within budget to enhance opportunities of getting required business.
Key responsibilities:
- Canvass cargo for all trade to achieve target lifting via telemarketing and daily sales visit
- Direct management and developments of 90% of MSC clients
- Update the market situation and competitor activities to Sales Manager & Trade Manager
- Establish good relationship with shippers to provide info to Trade Coordinator to update to account owner, gain OCA biz & selling VAS
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Follow sales goals with team and Manager
- Compile and follow up on sales leads
- Perform any duties as assigned by Export Sales Manager / Chief Commercial Officer
Key stakeholders & interface:
- Internal: MSC Geneva / MSC ARO Singapore / Local Trade & Sales Managers / Customer service / Freight Team / Documentation / Finance
- External: Shippers / consignee / terminals / depots

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Key experience & qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in service-related industry (logistics, shipping line,...)
Key competencies & skills:
- Strong MS Office software application
- Strong written & spoken English skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Customer orientated
- Have self-drive and passion to deal with people
- Able to work independently
- Adaptive
Key performance indicators / measures: Communication with customers / POD agents and principal office
