This position is responsible for auditing and ensuring best practices and procedures are implemented to our field service teams. You will audit and train for RIVN operational & service SOPs, build technical and service standards of the local team to improve technical standards. You also support to grow business through technical sales through commission based incentive. The Cross Selling / Up Selling with current portfolio, Synergy Sales Effort countrywide is one of your responsible also. You will explore networking amongst different chambers of commerce membership, organizations to promote Rentokil-Initial services. Furthermore, you will analyze potential growth markets and help enhance and grow our current business portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operations QA management:
- Conduct regular on field quality assurance inspections and assessments of the service technicians.
- Build technical and service standards of the local team.
- Manage portfolio and win new business with key accounts and assigned territory.
- Cross Selling / Up Selling with current portfolio, Synergy Sales Effort Countrywide.
- Networking amongst different chambers of commerce membership / organizations to promote Rentokil-Initial services.
- Creating and presenting pitches for company-wide, multiple location pest management solutions.
- Work closely with field technicians to address customer's needs, coordinate treatment plans and manage infestations from location to final treatment.
- Work closely with HCM Operations Manager for the improvement and development of QA team in Vietnam by guiding Quality Assurance Executives to ensure that quality and technical related requirements are fully conveyed to and delivered by the stakeholders.
- Train the service team to ensure compliance and alignment with internal processes and policies, such as SOP, work instructions as well as customer's requirement.
- Lead the trials of new products
- Conduct internal audits on businesses on a periodic basis and report improvement plans to the Managing Director.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Development
- Responsible for general compliance of work procedures in all pest control and hygiene activities undertaken in the Rentokil Initial Vietnam, to the guidelines stated in the Company's Guideline/ Policy/ Procedure.
- Interprets and enforces applicable Company policies, procedures for assigned staff and, as necessary, makes recommendations to management for improvement in these areas. Regularly communicates, interprets and enforces policies and procedures. Ensuring that staffs have a full understanding of the Company's objectives and policies.
- Update and maintain all related regulatory requirement and company's approved pesticide list.
- To identify, evaluate and implement new technique, product, and/ or technology in support of Divisional Businesses.
- To work closely with country and regional Operation Excellence Teams & UK Technical Team to drive the new technical & service programs and Best Practices within the Company.
- To work in special project teams when needed to support the growth of the company and division.
- Technical support to Branch operations.
- Conduct internal & external training sessions along with Branch visits as required.
- Chairman of Country Technical committee.
- Regularly monitor performance and provide coaching for performance improvement and development of Technical Executive and Field Biologists.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Training
- Plan and conduct regular technical training of all service staffs.
- Standardize training and promote a comprehensive training plan.
- To assist in the planning and coordination of technical training within Asia Region, as and when the needs arise.
- Other tasks as assigned by Managing Director
