QA Solutions (QAS)

Lead the development team in detail designing, developing and unit testing software solutions
Participate in technical discussions with the client or business analysis, providing expertise and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles.
Collaborate with the Project Manager or Business Analyst to prioritize and refine the backlog, ensuring a clear understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor and manage the development team's velocity and capacity, ensuring realistic sprint goals and commitments.
Identify and address technical risks and impediments that could impact the project's timeline or quality.
Work closely with the client's technical team to understand their technical environment, integration requirements, and any specific constraints.
Communicate technical decisions, progress updates, and potential challenges to the client in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the client's technical team based on trust, transparency, and collaboration.
Ensure the development team follows quality assurance processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
Review and approve code changes to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent and above).
Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
Excellent background in .Net, C# programming language.
Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience in MSDN, Visual Studio.
Experience 5+ year as software developer/technical lead (preferably in agile project).
Agile certifications is advantage.
Experience in Custom domain s is advantage (including Import/Export/Transit procedure with Customs: Document Preparation, Customs Declaration, Documents, Validation, Tax Calculation & Payment, Customs Clearance).
Fluent and proficient English in both verbal and written.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Proficient in software development tools, including version control systems, IDEs, and testing frameworks.Attractive salary. Performance based award.
