• Responsible for achieving home loan sales targets and ensuring that all related products comply with the bank’s regulations.
• Manage and oversee the home loan portfolio, monitor performance, and take necessary actions to meet targets.
• Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, real estate agents, and other relevant industry professionals.
• Monitor sales activities, analyze performance data, and generate relevant reports to evaluate individual and team performance against targets.
• Collect and verify application documents and related information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and accurate loan application process for customer in accordance with the banks’ regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, finance, economics, business and real estate or related fields.
• At least years of experience in home loan sales and service.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Can-do attitude, quick and eager to learn, progressive spirit and work under pressure.
• An immense interest in developing relationships with the customers.
