Overview:
- Act as legal primary contact/legal business partner forwards assigned internal clients and functions.
- Assist Vietnam Legal Director in various business project and legal matters across the Vietnam Foods business.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on various legal matters relating to relevant commercial activities, procurement, environment protection, product quality, consumer protection, food safety and sustainability.
- Provide legal support in drafting, negotiating, reviewing and approving relevant contracts required during ordinary course of business.
- Be responsible for licenses and permits required for company's investment project including investment licenses, operational licenses and permits.
- Assist Legal Director in delivering business projects and other legal matters where required.
Legal trainings and legal update.
- Develop legal related templates, support simplification.
- Legal review and development of SOPs, guidelines, work instruction.
- Assist Legal Director in engaging outside lawyers in an efficient and cost-effective basis in conjunction with company policies and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess local regulatory developments and enforcement trends.
- Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve diversity and inclusion, sustainability.
- Legal record retention and filing, other legal admin work (self-manage).- Legal qualification, 4 - 7 years of experience.
- Good legal knowledge and ability to conduct legal research, legal memo drafting.
- Good knowledge on investment laws, business laws, and contract review.
- Careful and meticulous, strong attention to details, analytical skills, and resourcefulness.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Responsive, positive, honest, self-motivated, and can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently with supervision and as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality work under deadlines, good multitasking.
- Fluency in English & Vietnamese both spoken & written, master in computer office skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand the business and balance business needs with legal and ethical obligations.
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters; business experience in FMCG or B2C/B2B is an added advantage.Thưởng
