ST EVENT

• Be responsible for ideating, developing, and refining unique and engaging concepts for the festival event.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts.
• Develop Key Visuals, including design brief, festival activities, and attendee experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends in music festivals, attendee preferences, and the competitive landscape.
• Work closely with the Account team to ensure cohesive planning and execution of the festival.
• Create detailed concept proposals to present to the client

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in creative development, event planning, or a related field
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
• Passion for music festival, concert, events, and brand experiences.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
