Mô tả công việc
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in English or Chinese.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
