Mô tả Công việc
- Work location: Work from home
- Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 25M VND Gross
<Job Responsibilities>
・Provide product knowledge to customers and handle all customers' inquiries.
・Consolidate customers' requirements and report to the Sales Manager.
・Assist for pre-and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction.
・Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors, and internal departments.
・Provide accurate sales quotes to customers.
・Conduct product presentation to prospective customers.
・Liaise with various internal departments: HQ or regional offices on customers and distributors-related issues.
・Prepare Daily reports in SalesForce, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order reports, reports on the achievement of targets, and any other job-related reports when required.
・Perform market research to understand key customers’ business growth, market trends, and market situation.
・Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Sales Manager.
** Have 3 weeks-1 months of training in the Hanoi office with the sales manager. (product knowledge, sales activities basics)
Initial activities (approximately 3 months)
- Initial response to customer inquiries by phone, email, or on-site. (Remote support from Hanoi)
- Confirm potential demand from customers who inquired at exhibitions or via the web (including customer visits)
- Customer survey in the southern area - Pick up potential customers from online information and industrial park maps, contact them, and confirm demand.
*In both of the above cases, purchase and engineer PICs for each user

<Requirements>
・Education: Diploma or bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, and Sales related fields.
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: Have at least 3－5 years of experience in Sales positions
・Good interpersonal communication skills with a focus on sales and negotiation
・Other: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
・Cheerful and proactive personnel are preferred (people who have no qualms about visiting new customers)
・Able to commute to an office in Ho Chi Minh City if one is established there
（**At the start, we worked from home and held meetings in hotel lobbies and coffee shops.)

Sâm Lai Châu (Panax vietnamensis var, fuscidiscus K.Komatsu, S.Zhu & S.Q.Cai) là loại dược liệu quý được phát hiện năm 2013 tại Lai Châu. Cây chỉ sinh trưởng dưới tán rừng già, nơi có khi hậu khắc nghiệt tại độ cao từ 1500m. Hàm lượng saponin toàn phần trong các mẫu Sâm Lai Châu lên tới 21.34%. Đặc biệt, củ Sâm Lai Châu có thành phần saponin phong phú với 52 loại hoạt chất quý hiếm trong đó có đến 26 saponin thường gặp tại các loài sâm khác trên thế giới. Ngoài ra hoạt chất Majonoside R2 – MR2 có trong sâm Việt Nam cũng được phát hiện trong thành phần của Sâm Lai Châu. Đây là hoạt chất không phải loại sâm nào cũng có, đem lại giá trị dược liệu và tính ứng dụng cao cho các sản phẩm được chiết xuất từ sâm Lai Châu.
