FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE:

The position will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success. Managing the overall accounting functions of one Company and preparation of financial statements used in maintaining accounting and statistical records. The Senior will work closely with team members and related departments; assist the Supervisor in daily working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare financial statements in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards

Prepare tax reports: VAT, FCT, CIT.

Monitor cash flow.

Daily/ weekly/ monthly book accounting entries into accounting software.

Verify and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Make timely and accurate payments.

Monitor timely and accurate actual cost and budget.

Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.

Check and support to review contract from requested departments.

Do other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

●       University Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance.

●       At least 1 year working in the same position.

●       Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

●       Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.

●       Can communication in English and Vietnamese.
