Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Distribution Executive to help us build up our business activities. You’ll be responsible for setting the growth strategy for all of our Distribution channels.

• Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Tracking and reporting on distribution metrics such as volume, revenue, costs, inventory, delivery time, and customer satisfaction is necessary.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Troubleshooting any issues or challenges that affect the distribution process such as delays, damages, shortages or complaints is essential

• At least one year of experience in logistics solution business development and implementation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide strategic insights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of sales logistics processes, including partner relationship management, order fulfillment, and customized delivery solutions
• Proficient in using common software applications such as Microsoft Office and specific tools and systems related to the distribution function
