Mô tả công việc
- Design and implement sophisticated LLM and computer vision applications from conception to deployment
- Conduct independent research on problems that are not well-defined
- Architect and optimize data processing pipelines for large-scale AI applications
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of model performance, including addressing bias and fairness concerns
- Develop production-ready APIs and services for AI model integration
- Guide cross-functional teams in integrating AI capabilities into product features
- Establish best practices and technical standards for AI development
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization
- Research and implement emerging AI techniques to solve complex business challenges
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years of professional experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
- Strong expertise in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Strong understanding of deep learning theories and concepts (network architectures, training methodologies, vector spaces,…)
- Experience training or fine-tuning LLMs and computer vision models
- Experience optimizing AI applications (both the AI model and all other parts of the application) for speed, low GPU/VRAM consumption, low payload size, high traffic while still maintaining good model’s accuracy.
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI applications in production environments
- Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation)
- Expertise in advanced prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Experience with containerization (Docker)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model versioning, CI/CD for ML)
- Knowledge of distributed training techniques for large models
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
- Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects or research papers
- Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or multimodal models
