Overview:
- This role is responsible for all kind of taxes, except for PIT/ customs of VNF and NGF - a new manufacturing branch set up in the North.
- This role is responsible for providing tax advisory to business/ all stakeholders to ensure fully comply with prevailing tax regulations.
- This role is responsible for tax health check engaged with Big4 service providers and tax audit conducted by tax authorities in Vietnam. With current set up of NGF, there are 2 separated tax audits in Binh Duong and Ha Nam separately.
- This role is partnering with other functions to review supporting documents to mitigate any tax risks incurred.
- This role is also in charge of Treasury to manage cash flow and daily operation of Treasury part of VNF and NGF.
Main responsibilities:
Tax
- Responsible for the tax returns, including CIT/VAT/WHT/PIT for individual distributors and submit those returns to tax authorities.
- Responsible for all tax reports submitted to Sector Tax Reporting, including FAS109, tax tracker, FAS109 batch 1&2, AOP tax, etc.
- Responsible for BAIC reporting
- Provide tax advice to business for daily operation.
- Responsible for tax health check
- Responsible for tax audit performed by tax authorities.
Treasury
- Perform cash management on daily and yearly to ensure sufficient cash for VNF and NGF
- Responsible for Treasury reporting to submit to Sector Treasury
- Responsible for working with bank for any matters related to bank such as loans, negotiation of interest, etc.- University degree in Accounting or equivalent plus 5-7 years of experience in tax field
- Proven hands-on experience in tax audit
- Knowledge of accounting standards, statutory, regulatory and tax regulations
- High degree of conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English
