Coordinate with project managers to facilitate and monitor project performance via defined metrics.
Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO27001 audit.
Control progress, warm and detect problems that may affect the project progress.
Collect data, make statistics, analyze and report data, define company and project norms.
Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.

Experience in QA in software outsourcing companies.
Experience in process definition, project audit and improvement in the IT field.
Knowledge of CMMi, ISO 27001, and ability to apply to work.
Excellent Logical thinking and attention to detail.
Good knowledge of project management, software development process, and software development methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
Good ability at data collection and analysis.
Good skill in time management, planning, document compiling.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Good at training skills
