Gather and analyze feedback/requirements from clients and related stakeholders to understand business needs, product features, and functional requirements.
Conduct business and user needs analysis; lead and perform interviews with business users to collect detailed requirements.
Work closely with the IT development team and third-party vendors to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions aligned with business requirements.
Design user interface mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and validate solutions.
Present ideas and feature proposals to relevant stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Prepare and manage project documentation including User Stories, BRD, URD, SRS, and user manuals.
Maintain and regularly update documentation created throughout the requirement gathering, analysis, and system/application design phases.
Support testing activities: review test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system quality and alignment with requirements.
Handle change requests (CRs): receive, evaluate, and deliver CRs based on business unit demands.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance - Banking or related fields
Having any Business Analyst certificate (CCBA/CBAP) would be advantage
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required, prefer in Finance & Banking industry
Have knowledge in the fields of Insurance, Finance, Banking, Enterprise
Familiar with SQL language and database management
Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Presentation, communication & deliver information skills
Good at logical thinking, analysis, and researching skills.
Basic technical knowledge.
