- Receive and handle customer complaints, synthesize information and report to direct management
- Test returns, determine return status and relevance of return responses
- Coordinate with the technical department to investigate and analyze the cause of the failure
- Based on the analysis results of the technical department: identify the responsible department; issuing notices requesting remediation of quality problems; monitoring and analyzing the causes, remedies and completion deadlines of relevant departments; confirm the effectiveness of improvements and appropriate precautions.
- Collecting, analyzing and statistically statistical data on quality issues arising from the market
- Handle customer complaints and returns, compile feedback records, prepare and send required reports when necessary
- Understand the goals and targets of the quality and environmental management system and be able to identify important environmental factors of their departments.
- To be incharge of ISO system
- Perform other tasks related to work as assigned by superiors
