Mô tả Công việc
Eurofins MTS will be the hub to provide service chemical IQ project globally. This person coordinators with global team and work with customers who are mostly international enterprises.
1. Handling and following global clients:
Sending to clients appropriate test request form and protocols
Following clients requirements basing on their program procedure as below:
- Testing, billing issue, distribution test reports…
- Log-in to client’s IT system for updating information
Taking care of clients :
- Addressing clients’ inquiries
- For the failures of test results, explain the test procedure…
2. Coordinate with other Eurofins companies, internal team with following tasks from the begining to issuing report:
- Providing protocols, quotation, sample size, how to submit samples as per clients’ enquiries
- Explaining client program procedure
- Informing, requesting additional information, documentation, samples, clarification info as per testing program requirement
- Placing on hold, off hold samples
- Explain the test requirement, related label required…
- Explain testing price if any
3. Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1 - 2 years in relevant positions such as customer service, sales admin in testing or B2B industries
- At least graduated from university or above, major in business administration, international business, psychology
- Advanced English in 4 skills.
- Other languages are an advantage.
- Soft skills: communication, negotiation, persuasion
- Able to work independent and coordinate with other teams
- Basic Microsoft office skill

Năm 2008, Công ty Cổ phần VCOMSAT đã triển khai công tác nghiên cứu sản xuất thiết bị giám sát hành trình.
Năm 2011, VCOMSAT được cấp chứng chỉ ISO trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và quản lý sản phẩm công nghệ cao.
Là doanh nghiệp duy nhất ở Miền Bắc Việt Nam được Bộ giao thông mời tham gia vào ban soạn thảo “Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật Quốc gia về thiết bị giám sát hành trình của ô tô”.
