Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about 1Long products and services.
- Assist customers in navigating our platforms and services.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift resolution of complex issues.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and updates of our financial products.
- Educate customers on using our services effectively.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on common issues and feedback to improve overall service.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to address customer concerns related to regulatory matters.
User Education:
- Provide guidance and educational resources to customers to enhance their understanding of our products.

VCOMSAT là một trong những đơn vị hàng đầu làm chủ công nghệ cả phần cứng và phần mềm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất thiết bị giám sát hành trình (hay còn gọi là hộp đen hay thiết bị định vị ). Sản xuất ra sản phẩm đáp ứng đầy đủ các yêu cầu kỹ thuật của Bộ Giao Thông Vận Tải.
Năm 2008, Công ty Cổ phần VCOMSAT đã triển khai công tác nghiên cứu sản xuất thiết bị giám sát hành trình.
Năm 2011, VCOMSAT được cấp chứng chỉ ISO trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và quản lý sản phẩm công nghệ cao.
Là doanh nghiệp duy nhất ở Miền Bắc Việt Nam được Bộ giao thông mời tham gia vào ban soạn thảo “Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật Quốc gia về thiết bị giám sát hành trình của ô tô”.
