- Post teachers and examiners recruitment ads on the company's job website or other job search websites and social media platforms approved by the company;
- Share recruitment information with suitable candidates via email and phone;
- Evaluate candidates' resumes, certificates, and teaching experience;
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' abilities and teaching skills;
- Support teachers with inquiries about policies and regulations;
- Assist teachers with issues related to remuneration and contracts;
- Help other departments resolve issues related to teachers.
- Working hours: Monday - Sunday (Off 1 weekday):
Flexible shifts assigned by the head department; 3 working shift options:
+ Shift 1: [protected info] (in the office) and 13:30 - 17:30 (in the office)
+ Shift 2: [protected info] (in the office) and 17:30 - 22:00 (work from home)
+ Shift 3: 13:30 - 16:30 (in the office) and 17:30 - 22:00 (work from home)
- Location: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower - 176/1-3, Nguyen Van Thuong street, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, HCMC- University degree;
- Good English communication skills;
- At least 1 year of experience teaching English, or at least 6 months in human resources recruitment is an advantage;
- Careful, meticulous, patient, and unafraid of challenges;
- Enthusiastic about learning, ambitious, energetic, and a team player;
- Responsible, hardworking, and capable of meeting deadlines;
- Proficient in office computer skills.- Fixed monthly salary ranging from VND 8,500,000 to 10,500,000 gross;
