pJob Summary: Collection Support Supervisor is an integral part of the Collection Support Department - Process and Controlling Team. In this role, he/she will perform activities of supervisory collection Process, Controlling Activities and is also delegated tasks from Head of Collection Support. Key Roles & Responsibilities His/her key accountabilities include: • In charge of controlling whole/assigned Processes (which is related to Collection Division) • Monitoring of daily related process's implementation to ensure no gap between new requested project and incurred processes • Gap defining and error minimizing of daily administration activities in Collection Support (Admin Support Team) • Working with related Departments or Teams to reach final agreements for related/assigned processes, problems/issues • In charge of planning and controlling timeline of Process and Controlling Activities • Tracking and checking data related to Collection Incentive's payment process • Tracking monthly Complaint, QC and validated final data • Routine reviewing and updating specific guideline/process based on Collection's strategy • Monitoring, and following up issuance of Recovery Law Firm/Vendor/Skip Tracing Contract & Appendix for new/renew/termination • Checking and following up issuance of internal guidelines for Collection Process/Memo/POA • In charge of analyzing and building up internal processes of Collection • In charge of supporting E-Learning for Collection • Support related reports and other tasks when requested from Head of Collection Support Dept/pp1. Education background: University Graduated, major: Law, Finance, Banking 2. Work Experience: 03 year of Collection experience preferred. 3.
