Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning

I. ABOUT THE COMPANY

VN Ecofloor Joint Stock Company is a pioneering unit in Vietnam specializing in the manufacturing and export of Marble Stone Plastic Sheets and Composite Click-Lock Flooring, serving the global interior decoration and construction industry. Due to our current growth and production expansion needs, we are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic international sales team.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Business Development: Take charge of business activities and market development for the company's SPC and LVT flooring products.
• Client Relationship Management: Actively search for, approach, and develop strong relationships with potential clients, including distributors, agents, contractors, and construction companies.
• Sales & Negotiation: Consult with clients, negotiate terms, and close sales orders in line with the company's sales policies.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with related departments (factory, purchasing, planning, logistics, accounting) to ensure smooth and timely delivery and payment processes.
• After-Sales Service: Follow up with and care for customers after the sale, handling any arising issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Gather information on the market and competitors to propose suitable and effective business strategies.
• Reporting: Create periodic reports on business performance, sales results, and market development plans for management.

III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: A minimum of 12 months of sales experience is required. Previous experience in the building materials, interior design, or flooring industry is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Commerce, Import-Export, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in spoken English, Chinese, or Spanish. A third language is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with the international market.
• Professional Skills:
• Strong skills in negotiation, deal closing, and contract finalization.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform well under high sales pressure.
• Advantageous: A deep understanding of international business culture and import-export procedures is a significant advantage.
