As a
Product Marketing Leader
in our team, you will:

Proactively bring new perspectives and ideas; participate in A/B testing and build best practices in marketing
Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with team&039;s goals and objectives
Develop, execute, and optimize UA strategies across multiple paid channels to drive user growth and revenue.
Manage ROAS and profitability of the app portfolio, optimizing budgets for the best performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, continuously researching and applying best practices for ASO, creative strategies, and in- app engagement.
Create and implement clear workflows and procedures that improve productivity and align product development efforts.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring best practices in User Acquisition (UA), App Store Optimization (ASO), and In- App Marketing.
Analyze data and track key metrics from Google Analytics, MMP platforms (e.g., Adjust), and other tracking tools to inform decision- making.

Data- driven mindset, proficient in working with analytics tools
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work cross- functionally.
Experience managing marketing budgets, with a proven track record of maximizing ROAS and profit.
Creative and analytical skills to develop, test, and iterate on winning ad creatives.
At least 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition,... preferably in mobile apps.
Strong expertise in UA strategies, ASO, and in- app engagement tactics.
