We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Content Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of quality marketing content. You will work closely with our marketing team to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Content Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of quality marketing content. You will work closely with our marketing team to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Research, write, and edit high-quality content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media updates.
- Develop compelling narratives and engaging storylines that resonate with our target audience (enterprise decision-makers and L&D professionals).
- Ensure all content is accurate, informative, and aligned with OOOLAB's brand voice and messaging.
- Content Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Essential: Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount.
- Passion for Writing: Demonstrated enthusiasm for writing and a strong desire to create impactful content.
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to research and analyze information effectively, and synthesize complex ideas into clear and concise messages.
- Desirable:B2B Experience: Prior experience working in a B2B environment is a significant plus.
- Personal Attributes: Creative and Innovative: Ability to think outside the box and develop unique and engaging content ideas.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals.
