Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Promotion
- Promote various programs (pre-university English, foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate, IELTS preparation).
- Achieve recruitment targets by generating and converting high-quality leads into applicants and enrollments.
- Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to applications and enrollments.
- Provide customer care to support and retain applications.
- Develop and manage existing and new recruitment channels and personal accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and recommenders.
- Identify and access new potential markets.
- Develop and manage commission schemes for agents and recommenders.
- Organize training for agents and recommenders to update them.
- Develop recruitment sources through personal networks and sectors like insurance, real estate, etc.
- Work with data management and internal audit teams to ensure sales database is comprehensive and analyzable.
- Implement strategies based on sales database insights.
- Provide high-quality customer care and service to prospects and stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports and participate in internal and public events.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
- At least two years of verified experience in a comparable role, preferably in a customer service or sales setting.
- Having connections to both domestic and foreign agents is ideal.
- Candidates with a background in both B2B and B2C sales are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
