About The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and data-driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving successful marketing partnerships and campaigns by taking charge of execution, monitoring performance, and optimizing outcomes. If you thrive on working with data, have an eye for detail, and excel in coordinating with cross-functional teams, this role is perfect for you.
What'll you do:
PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Monitor partner’s collaboration with competitors to ensure a competitive edge.
- Manage all partnership administrative activities, including contract negotiations.
- Oversee the setup and execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are met and KPIs are achieved.
- Track, analyze and report the performance of all partnership initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end setup of campaigns, including promotions, banners, and deals.
- Manage the operational aspects of all campaigns, work closely with stakeholders to activate campaigns seamlessly and ensure accuracy and efficiency in execution.
- Track and analyze campaign data, and report campaign performance.
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis, troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for real-time optimization.
- Conduct research, monitor competitor activities and customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing campaign execution and analysis.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under high pressure
- A start-up attitude: self-motivated, solution- and result-oriented, highly adaptable, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Not afraid to work independently when required
- An analytical mindset with good command of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for solving operational challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
