Assess market usage behavior and destination/product coverage in that market while assessing potential prices to promote that market.
Report on flight route/visa policy/political-economic situation and tourism trend of that market & assess potential for destination/product or related reports that affect sales situation & market demand.
Classify partners (potential partners/new partners) and account planning, included all segments of that market such as leisure, MICE, Events, Corperates, partnerships... by month/quarter.
Sales activities/ sales call/ sales blitz as planned and report on progress.
Get KPIs on revenue, KPIs on Big Contracts, KPIs on new contracts and new partners arising for that market.
Propose specific sales programs/price policies for each market or each partner.
Propose promotional activities included in the package, free and paid to partners in parallel with KPI to measure, expected results and evaluate performance.
Propose fairs to promote tourism, trade, forum activities - associations...
Propose co-branding & co-marketing plans with agencies, airlines, social platform….

Working hour: from 9h00 to 18h00 from Monday to Friday, and two Saturday per month
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 4 year of experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills. Languages: English is a must
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
