- Responsibility 1: Supervise and support Online operation process at stores.
- Supervise of online daily operations at store (picking and packing quality, customer consulting, solving difficult problem)
- Monitor and control daily order, delivery status, solve operating issues to ensure on time delivery and order processing, delivery as defined rules
- Coordinate with Store manager, HR, Online Team at stores for operating improvement and order fulfillment efficiency
- Support operation processes & rules on Speed L for Online Operation team (admin/operator, picker, packer, delivery man)
- Responsibility 2: Evaluate Online staff’s performance at stores.
- Collect and analyze data from which evaluate online staff’s perfomance including admin, picker, packer, delivery (number of handled orders, number of complaints, duration to handle an order).
- Build education documents for re-training weak staffs.
- Find out difficulties that weak staff face, then find solutions to help them improve their perfromance.
- Responsibility 3: Build education document for training new and current staffs.
- Build education document for staffs (how to select products, prepare before picking, product arrangement on cart, categories overview, ...)
- Build and organize tests, score ranking and evaluate staffs based on test result .
Yêu cầu công việc
- Qualifications (Essential): College/University Diploma or any degrees equivalent to those above.
- Major: E-commerce, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business administration, technology or equivalent
- Knowledge
- Understand e-commerce
- Understand operation and customer service in general
- Have good knowledge of planning & training
Necessary skills:
- Strong analytical, plainning and problem solving skills
- Have carefulness, patience, willing to learn attitude
- Good communication and emotion control skills
- Able to work well under high pressure
- Have good general MS Office skill
- Other special request:
- Ready to work overtime (if any) and business travel
- English communication is preferable .
