Job description

• Manage, operate, and publish content for YouTube channels of participating Network partners.
• Optimize videos published daily, optimize YouTube channels, important partner products... ensure KPIs are met.
• Protect video content copyright, ensure safety for YouTube channel.
• Recommend video content, channels, advise and propose channel development strategies for partners.
• Support partners in image design, editing, and video editing when necessary.
• Monitor & report: Monitor, optimize and adjust content publishing campaigns. Report weekly and monthly to direct managers on channel development.
• Support team members to work together to achieve efficiency.

Job requirements

• Understanding SEO and SMO (Social Media Optimization) is an advantage
• Priority is given to candidates who have developed a YouTube channel and understand how to use metadata to combine SEO factors and run ads to create recommendations.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in managing and developing YouTube channels in the fields of Game, beauty, lifestyle
• Have video and image editing skills.
• Have ideas and passion for creating video content.
• Have work management skills and know how to organize work well.
• Have good time management skills.
• Able to work independently and in groups.
• Proficient in office information technology: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GSuite... Other work support software if any.
• Can be online on Saturdays and Sundays (overtime) to support important products.
• Having participated in YouTube courses and completed certifications is an advantage.
