OSPV is looking for an ambitious and self-disciplined ACCOUNTING& ADMIN MANAGER or ACCOUNTING& ADMIN ASSISTANT MANAGER
* About Company: Japanese Company. Rental of construction and industrial machinery and equipment and related services.
* Working time: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, Saturday 2 times/month
* Location: Thạch That – Quoc Oai IZ, Km18 Thang Long boulevard, Quoc Oai town, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city. Priority is given to candidates near the company area (Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc), or in Thanh Xuan, My Dinh, Ba Dinh areas (Shuttle bus from Hanoi)
* Job description:
- Make cash voucher, bank voucher in fast accounting software
- Check Red invoice information
- Make VAT declaration
- Make WHT declaration
- Make CIT, FCT, PIT
- Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier. Chase red invoice from supplier for Financial Statement
- Liaise with auditors and other authorities as being required.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree: University majoring in Accounting
- Chief accountant certificate is needed
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a company with a size of 50-100
- Have experience working in foreign invested companies
- Have experience in tax inspection
- Language: Good at English.
- Can work as soon as possible
- Gender: Female
- Age: From 30-45

- Salary: Negotiate.
- For accounting manager: Gross salary from 30-35 million/
- For accounting assistant manager: Gross salary from 20-25 million
