Duties and Responsibilities:
- Other duties may appear out of nowhere (as in any agency life), but we’ll tackle them together!
- Directly assist the Account Manager with a variety of tasks including paperwork, reporting, and handling client projects based on requirements and timelines.
- Support in researching and analyzing client industries, competitors, and marketing materials- we want brains and curiosity!
- Coordinate closely with the internal team to ensure timely and fabulous delivery – no deadline left behind.
Requirments:
- Logical thinking and creative problem- solving skills – bring both sides of your brain.
- Ability to work effectively across departments – we like team players, not lone wolves.
- Bonus points if you’ve had previous experience in advertising or creative agencies – even internships count!
- Up- to- date with digital trends, pop culture, and memes – we love someone who speaks both “client” and “Gen Z.”
- Eager to learn, “Can do” attitude – we can teach skills, but the mindset is all you!
- Familiar with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – or at least know how to Chat GPT them fast.
- Graduate majoring in Communication, Marketing, or Economics is welcome – knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Detail- oriented, meticulously organized, and able to manage files, tasks
