Overview

Traffic Management is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the flow of work and projects among the various departments and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Their key role would be to allocate creative resources, within the group, to provide, timeliness and quality can be met at all times. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills

- Communicating with client services and creative team for clear expectations of deliverables and negotiating timeline

- Compile and update creative schedules regularly, keep all departments informed about project status

- Establish and maintain open communication with the designers, Planning Team, Social team, and account Team to determine schedules, conflicts in schedules, skills balancing on the team, and approaching deadlines and actions needed;

- Updating workload with client services weekly to prepare for the coming week

- Review daily work schedules of creative members; organize, prioritize and dispatch the workload;

- Understand both the strategic and tactical priorities for the organization and communicate these clearly and consistently to the teams;

- Create project plans, and workflow structure, and provide resource allocation;

- Motivating creative staff and delivering quality work to the brief and standards in coordination with the creative leader
