1. Read/study customer's test compliance protocol and give feedback to CS/Customer if any unclear or need to clarify.
2. Perform risk assessment and communicate to relevant departments and BOD if any high risks in achieving the compliance for the furniture which is planned to manufacture/ship.
3. Establish and update the test matrix when having any new test requirements
4. Send request for making samples to planning after receiving test request from customer/CS or other departments.
5. Establish and update the test trackers for any new test requests
6. Follow up with sample production plan basing on customer's requested timeline
7. Contact 3rd part labs for technical support, get quotation to choose the best 3rd party and submit the samples
8. Follow up the test result with 3rd party lab to ensure it is performed according to plan
9. Update test result into the test tracker and upload the test reports into QA folder / ERP for relevant functions' visibility.
10. If any test failure, conduct root cause analysis, follow up with labs and relevant department to implement Corrective Action Plan until the issue is closed
11. Perform the internal compliance audit to verify the corrective action plan
12. Conduct internal training when needed
13. Prepare monthly report for compliance test performance and propose improvement plan - short term and long term.
14. Prepare monthly report for compliance test cost and submit to BOD
15. Other tasks assigned by superior

1. Education: University Graduation with Chemical Background
2. Foreign Language: English
3. Computer Skill: MS Ofice, MS Project, ERP
4. Related Knowledge: Reach/Chemical Compliance in Furniture Industry, 3rd Party Laboratory, Proficient in Reach, SVHC, Prop65
5. Related Skills
· Basic knowledge of chemistry that is relevant to material/ supply chain and production.
· Highly interested in reading/studying customer's specifications / protocol related to chemical compliance.
· Willing to study new knowledge (bookworm) and work under pressure.
6. Years of Experience
Minimum of 03 years' experience in Reach/Chemical Compliance in Furniture industry, 3rd party Laboratory
